  • Refund Timeframe: The time it takes to receive your refund may vary depending on your payment provider’s policies.
  • Charges for Project Session Call: If a refund is requested after the first session has commenced, minimal charges for the session will be deducted from the refund amount. The exact amount will be communicated to you during the refund process.
